I, Jackii the founder is a certified Professional Dog Groomer, Dog Behaviour and Training with a Dog First Aid Certificate. Full-time in the health and medical profession, other days part-time dog groomer.

My journey started right here in Ryde with my own dog, Milo. I realised that finding a groomer who offered a quiet, stress-free home environment was harder than it should be. So, I decided it build it myself.

Unlike busy, loud retail salons, my home studio is designed for one-on-one care. Especially when it is your pups first groom, they need that full attention in a calm, 'fear-free' space. I treat every visitor like they're part of my own pack.
